SICARIO GEN 2 RECEIVER
The SICARIO receiver is what we consider the "Perfect" action for PRS and similar sports.
Based off of the Kelbly's Prometheus, the Sicario is a solid one-piece tactical receiver with R700 footprint that can only be had right here, from South Texas Armament.
Upgrades that make it great:
Large diameter bolt body aids in feeding from AW and AW styled magazines such as the Gray Ops mags. Increasing the bolt diameter gives it more "purchase" on the rim of cartridge cases when feeding to ensure more dependable operation with double-stack double-feed magazines.
Optimized Ejector Location makes the spent cases eject at a lower angle, towards the ground, which keeps brass nearby the shooters position when cycling on the clock and also ensures that brass ejects clear of oversized scope mounts and action rail mounted accessories. This is done to avoid inducing potential malfunctions like brass re-entering the port when ejecting.

75 Degree Bolt Throw paired with our Competition Bolt Knob and excellent nitride surface finish, makes this one of the easiest and smoothest cycling actions there is.
The action can be ordered with 3 types of Competition Bolt Knobs; Raw Stainless, Cerakote Black and Raw Brass
CURRENTLY ONLY AVAILABLE IN SHORT ACTION WITH STANDARD OR MAGNUM (.532) BOLT FACE
Comes standard with trigger hanger, has a 20MOA Rail, Sako Style extractor and accepts Kelbly's Prefits (which we would be happy to cut for you!).
